Cinch Digital Security Policy

Cinch Digital uses the PayPal Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. PayPal processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the PayPal gateway are secured payments.

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal containing your order details via your provided email address. Receipt of your order will normally be confirmed within a few minutes of ordering.

Cinch Digital will attempt to send your order via email to your provided address within five (5) working days. If you wish to query a delivery please send an email to info@cinchdigital.com.au

Refund Policy

Once an order is placed online, you will have 90 minutes in which to cancel it by sending an email to info@cinchdigital.com.au. Refunds are not provided after this time frame, as work on your order is commenced as soon as possible.
